Israel Extreme — Gift Voucher Terms
Validity
- This gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The voucher cannot be used during the holidays — Hanukkah, Sukkot and Passover (Pesach).
Booking
- Tours are booked only once the Confirmation Certificate is sent back to us and after you receive an email confirming your tour.
Cancellations & rescheduling (once a date and activity are set)
- Cancellation due to weather: you may choose a new touring date based upon availability.
- Rescheduling your tour date or cancellation up to 72 hours from the date of the trip: a cancellation fee of 30% of the voucher credit.
- Rescheduling your tour date or cancellation between 72 and 24 hours from the date of the trip: a cancellation fee of 80% of the voucher credit.
- Rescheduling your tour date or cancellation within 24 hours: a cancellation fee of 100% of the voucher credit.
- All of the above cancellations relate to the days and working hours of the company's offices: Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–17:00.
Price & equipment
- The price does not include entrance fees to the sites (if any), travel, food and a service fee (tip) to the guide, unless otherwise stated.
- Each participant receives high-cost professional equipment from us and must be responsible for this equipment. Loss or damage of equipment will carry a damage fee.
- A delay of more than one hour from the starting time of the activity will be charged a fee of ₪100 for each hour of delay.
